At Cohen & Small we provide responsive, cost-effective sound legal counsel and representation to both businesses and individuals.

About 50% of our practice is spent in litigation. While we are tenacious ligitators, we recognize that the best interest of our clients may be met by facilitating the resolution of their legal disputes before reaching court.
